Well it looks like our buddies over at Canon have a new lens for us to buy. Now this is hightec, because all you have to do focus is look through the lens ( you can't get anymore automatic than that ). Just like the technology that you'll find in aircraft's; the lens is able to follow the movement in your eye ( cool huh).      They want you to think that it doesn't take a professional to do the Finest work.... Uh Wrong! 

TIP: The lens is a little costly but can come handy for photojournalist & sports photographers. 

SHOOTING WITH AVAILABLE LIGHT
Now what can be said about the truest light available to us. No matter what format you shoot 35mm, medium format, or large format the sun will give you true colors concerning landscapes & yes even portrait work. If by any chance you don't want a natural look you can use your imagination, use a diffuser, or shoot in shadows. If you don't have an imagination on hand its time to call Fine Photography. 

TIP: Practice can make you Fine (but not as Fine as us) try new things and good things can happen. 

WHAT IS A TELEPHOTO LENS:
Telephoto lens have a longer than normal focal length ( if you don't understand focal lengths we'll cover that later ). A true telephoto lens does not have to have the appropriate distance between the focal plane & the lens, they may have their optical center well ahead of the front element. 

TIP: Do your research on lens & what you shoot, you may or may not need a telephoto lens.
